HOURS OF OPERATION

Monday through Friday 6am -6pm. All orders placed during closed hours will be processed and/or shipped the following working business day. 

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES.
PLEASE READ ALL PROVIDED INFO PRIOR TO ORDERING.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

All orders are fulfilled in the order they were received.  When your order is received please allow 1-3 business days to be processed, once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number to keep up with your order.  All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Our company has standard business insurance on all individual packages.
**We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages**

CLOSET CARE?

Please be sure to read all cleaning instructions listed on the inside tags of all garments.  All sales final.

JEWELRY CARE?

Be gentle with all purchased pieces as most are handmade and are very delicate.
Plated jewelry should be cleaned periodically. Even if you’re sure your jewelry hasn’t been exposed to any of the aforementioned substances, it’s been in contact with your skin.
Clean your plated jewelry with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt it has acquired. Gently rubbing the surface of your gold plated jewelry using a soft jewelry cloth also helps restore shine. If your jewelry needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm, soapy water.  Perfumes, creams, lotions, and makeup all contain substances that can affect plated jewelry.
Apply all beauty products BEFORE putting your jewelry on.  Be careful, some soaps and detergents can also speed up the tarnishing process.  And absolutely, NO SALT WATER.
